We live in a complex world! Sometimes we are lost, and hard to find our way back “Home.” “Home” is not only a building with the certificate under your name or family you live with, but “Home” is the true you, the purest version of yourself. I am Insan Firdaus, an Indonesian licensed Psychologist based in Amsterdam, and welcome to help you be a better version of your self while honoring your role as a member of your family and society at large. 

For me, the greatest achievement is when I see my clients find their best selves and transform their problems into successes. Some of my clients battle depression, anxiety, and addiction, and I am here to help you face the most inconvenient conditions that life bears. You will find the therapeutic process even more appreciable when you come to realize the inherent strengths you have to fight for a better quality of life. Trusting the process is the key, nothing comes easy, but once you find yourself, you find your world. You’ll find ‘home’.

As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist from the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and a Ph. D. candidate at Free University Amsterdam (specializing in stress related to addiction), I will facilitate counseling sessions and psychological services at the most convenient time.
